The Museum's Audiovisual Room is equipped with a powerful Sony VPL-PX30 high performance projector
. The Room has a capacity of 25-30 persons and is open to all visitors with a small additional fee.

Documentaries about Maltese Archaeology and Excavations are projected daily in 4 different languages. These films guide the visitor through Malta's 3000 years of Prehistory and highlight the studies of Sir Temi Zammit and of world renowned Archaeologist David Trump. Other documentaries about the Phoenicians, the Carthaginians and the Romans will be showing as soon as all the collections are available for the public.
